1. Work Modes
1.1 Remote Work

Employees approved for full remote roles must have a stable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace.

Working hours will follow the assigned team or department schedule, aligned to the primary operational time zone unless otherwise agreed.

Employees must be available for virtual meetings, team check-ins, and client calls as required.

A monthly progress and performance report is mandatory.
1.2 Hybrid Work

Hybrid employees are required to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week onsite, unless otherwise decided by management.

Schedule should be aligned with department goals and client-facing needs.

Coordination with direct managers is essential to maintain operational coverage and collaboration.
1.3 On-Site Work

On-site employees are expected to adhere to regular working hours of their assigned location.

Any absence or remote work request should be communicated in advance and approved by HR or a reporting manager.

ATH will ensure safe and comfortable working conditions with adherence to all local labor laws.
2. COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all employees, regardless of work mode.

Proof of full vaccination must be submitted to HR upon joining or within the first week of employment.

Exceptions (for medical reasons) require valid medical documentation and approval from senior management.

Regular updates and adherence to government health advisories are expected. Booster shots are strongly encouraged.
3. Compensation & Benefits

Pay is structured based on location and cost of living index of the employee’s country of residence.

ATH complies with minimum wage and statutory benefit laws of each respective country.

4. Code of Conduct

Employees are expected to demonstrate professionalism, respect, and inclusivity in all interactions—both digital and physical.

Misconduct, discrimination, or harassment of any kind will result in disciplinary action, including possible termination.

5. Communication & Collaboration Tools

ATH uses collaborative tools such as:

Google Workspace for documentation

Slack or Microsoft Teams for communication

Trello/Asana for task tracking

Zoom/Google Meet for meetings

All employees must check their official email daily and be responsive during working hours.
6. Leaves and Time-Off

Leave entitlements will align with the employment location’s statutory laws.

All employees are encouraged to take leave for mental well-being and work-life balance.

Sick leaves related to COVID or emergencies will be given priority, with flexible options for remote/hybrid adaptation when needed.
7. Data Security & Confidentiality

Employees must comply with ATH’s data privacy and security protocols.

Sharing confidential information without permission will lead to strict disciplinary action.

For remote and hybrid employees, usage of secure networks and devices with updated antivirus software is mandatory.
8. Policy Review & Acknowledgement

This policy is reviewed annually or as needed based on global or local updates.

All employees must sign a digital acknowledgment form upon joining ATH, indicating they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this workplace policy.
